VP of Construction Operations

Our client is a private equity-backed specialty and general contractor operating across Texas, Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas with an annual revenue run rate approaching $600M. Following a recent recapitalization and a string of strategic acquisitions, the firm is seeking a VP of Construction Operations to unify project delivery standards and scale the operational infrastructure to support continued growth.

As VP of Construction Operations you will have P&L accountability for the construction division and direct leadership over a team of Senior Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Engineers. You will implement and enforce standardized project management processes, lead monthly project reviews, resolve escalated schedule and cost issues, and partner with the Chief Estimator and Business Development team to ensure projects are won and delivered profitably.
