Supply Chain Manager – Medical Devices

Our client is a rapidly growing Class II and Class III medical device company headquartered in Minneapolis with manufacturing operations and a global contract manufacturing network. The company has tripled its product portfolio over the past four years and is investing in supply chain infrastructure to match its commercial growth.

As Supply Chain Manager you will have responsibility for procurement, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics across domestic and international supply channels. You will manage a team of 6 buyers and planners, lead supplier qualification and performance management activities, build inventory models to support new product launches, and drive cost reduction and lead time improvement initiatives.

This role requires someone who can operate effectively in both strategic planning and hands-on execution modes. Experience with FDA-regulated supply chains and the associated documentation requirements is essential.
