Senior Estimator

Our client is a nationally recognized general contractor with a dominant presence in the Denver market and an annual construction volume exceeding $800M. Their preconstruction team is widely respected for delivering highly accurate budgets and winning competitive public and negotiated bids across healthcare, higher education, and multi-family verticals.

As Senior Estimator you will lead conceptual, schematic, and GMP estimates from pursuit through award. You will perform detailed quantity takeoffs across all CSI divisions, solicit and level subcontractor bids, develop self-perform cost models, and present budgets and value engineering options to owners and design teams. You will also mentor junior estimators and contribute to the development of the department's estimating standards and historical cost database.

This is a highly collaborative role sitting at the intersection of business development and operations. High performers regularly advance into Chief Estimator or VP of Preconstruction positions within the firm.
