Project Executive

Our client is a nationally ranked construction management firm with a Chicago office that has delivered some of the most recognizable healthcare, academic, and civic projects in the region. The firm operates predominantly in the CM at-risk and design-build delivery space, and its Chicago portfolio currently includes two active hospital expansions, a major university science building, and a $200M transit authority facility.

As Project Executive you will provide strategic oversight for 3–5 concurrent projects with an aggregate value of $300M–$500M. You will serve as the senior client relationship owner, resolve escalated project issues, conduct monthly executive project reviews with ownership teams and design partners, and mentor a team of Senior Project Managers reporting through you.

You will also play an active role in the pursuit of new business — leading interview presentations, reviewing RFP responses, and leveraging your network to generate repeat and new client opportunities in the healthcare and institutional sectors.
