Preconstruction Manager

Our client is a premier general contractor and construction manager with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest and an expanding national platform. Their Seattle preconstruction team supports some of the most complex and high-profile projects in the region, including life sciences lab buildouts, hyperscale data center shells, and large-scale mixed-use transit-oriented developments.

As Preconstruction Manager you will serve as the single point of accountability for preconstruction services on multiple concurrent pursuits and awarded projects. You will lead a team of estimators and preconstruction coordinators, manage the owner and design team relationship through SD, DD, and CD phases, develop program-level budgets and reconcile against evolving design documents, and present GMP proposals and value engineering logs to owner decision-makers.

The role carries meaningful business development responsibility — you will participate in interview presentations and RFP responses and are expected to cultivate long-term owner and developer relationships in the Seattle market.
