Healthcare Regulatory Attorney

As Healthcare Regulatory Attorney you will counsel clients on regulatory compliance program design, respond to government investigations and subpoenas, provide transactional regulatory diligence support for PE-backed healthcare acquisitions, and advise on CMS coverage and reimbursement strategy for novel care delivery and digital health models.
The practice is deeply connected to CMS, OIG, and FDA leadership and offers unparalleled exposure to policy-level healthcare regulatory issues. The firm values attorneys who combine rigorous legal analysis with practical, commercially-oriented advice.
Requirements
- JD from a top-tier law school; DC bar admission required or in progress
- 5+ years of healthcare regulatory experience at a law firm, government agency, or major health system
- Strong working knowledge of the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and CMS conditions of participation
- FDA regulatory or digital health experience a meaningful advantage
- Prior government service at CMS, OIG, FDA, or HHS a significant plus
