Our client is one of Colorado's largest physician-owned multi-specialty groups, with more than 220 providers across primary care, cardiology, orthopedics, and specialty medicine. The cardiology division includes 14 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers and serves patients from clinics in Denver, Aurora, and Lakewood with inpatient service at two large tertiary hospitals.
As General Cardiologist you will maintain an outpatient panel of established and new consult patients, provide inpatient coverage on a shared rotation, and read non-invasive studies (echo, stress, Holter, event monitors). Case mix is 60% outpatient / 30% imaging / 10% inpatient. No cath lab call is required for this role; interventional volume is covered by the group's IC team.
Compensation is a base salary plus wRVU production above an achievable threshold, with a signing bonus, relocation, CME allowance, occurrence-based malpractice, and full benefits. The group operates on a two-year partnership track leading to equity participation and profit share.
Requirements
- MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited cardiovascular disease fellowship
- Board certified (or board eligible within 1 year) in Cardiovascular Disease
- Active or eligible for Colorado medical license and unrestricted DEA
- Level II or III training in echocardiography preferred
- New graduates welcome; established cardiologists with a portable panel encouraged to apply
