Family Medicine Physician

Our client is a mission-driven independent primary care group with six clinics across the Portland metro area serving a predominantly Medicaid and Medicare Advantage panel under value-based contracts. The group has invested heavily in team-based care and quality infrastructure and consistently ranks in the top decile of Oregon's ACO quality scorecards.

The role is outpatient only — no inpatient rounding, no OB. Panel target is 1,800 patients per FTE (below Oregon average) supported by a full team: dedicated MA, shared RN care coordinator, embedded behavioral health clinician, and clinical pharmacist. Schedule is four 9-hour clinical days per week with a fifth admin/scholarly day.

Compensation is competitive base plus a quarterly quality bonus tied to HEDIS metrics, patient experience, and closing care gaps — historically an additional 8-12% of base for meeting-target performers. Loan repayment eligibility for candidates who qualify under HRSA/NHSC programs.
