Employment & Labor Attorney

Our client is a 60-attorney litigation boutique with one of the most well-regarded management-side employment practices in the Southeast. Their client roster includes major retail, hospitality, logistics, and healthcare employers facing complex workplace disputes across the region.

As Employment & Labor Attorney you will handle a sophisticated caseload encompassing Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and FLSA litigation; traditional labor matters before the NLRB; and executive separation and non-compete enforcement disputes. You will conduct depositions, draft dispositive motions, and appear at hearings and trials, while also providing proactive counseling to in-house HR and legal teams.

The firm operates on a manageable billable hour target compared to BigLaw peers, and offers a defined path to partnership for attorneys who demonstrate business development potential.

Requirements

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school; Georgia bar admission required
  • 4+ years of management-side employment litigation experience
  • Deposition and motion practice experience required; trial experience a plus
  • Familiarity with NLRB proceedings or traditional labor law a significant advantage
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills
