Director of Field Operations

Our client is a commercial general contractor specializing in industrial, logistics, and data center construction with a rapidly growing Southeast presence anchored in Atlanta. The firm has tripled its project volume over the past three years on the back of unprecedented demand for distribution and hyperscale data center infrastructure, and is adding senior leadership to manage the pace of growth.

As Director of Field Operations you will have direct management responsibility for a team of 15–20 superintendents and assistant superintendents deployed across active projects in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama. You will establish and enforce field execution standards, lead safety culture initiatives, conduct regular site audits, oversee superintendent hiring and onboarding, and serve as a key escalation point for schedule recovery and subcontractor performance issues.
