Our client is an independent, physician-owned dermatology group operating from three offices across South Miami and Coral Gables. The practice has been established for over 20 years, holds a loyal patient base, and is adding capacity due to the pending retirement of a senior partner. The role includes a warm patient panel from day one.
Case mix is roughly 65% medical dermatology, 20% dermatologic surgery (excisions, biopsies, ED&C, no Mohs), and 15% cosmetic (Botox, fillers, lasers, chemical peels). Onsite Mohs coverage is provided by a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. Aesthetic revenue is retained by the treating physician.
Compensation is a competitive base with quarterly production bonus (collections-based, standard industry percentages). A two-year partnership track leads to equity in the practice and its ancillary assets, including the on-site pathology arrangement and Med Spa.
Requirements
- MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited dermatology residency
- Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology
- Active or eligible for Florida medical license and unrestricted DEA
- Spanish-language proficiency a meaningful advantage but not required
- Cosmetic and injectable experience preferred; the practice will support additional training
