Corporate M&A Attorney

Our client is a premier AmLaw 100 firm whose San Francisco office serves as a hub for technology sector M&A, venture capital, and private equity transactions. The corporate practice group has advised on over $20 billion in deal value in the past two years, including landmark acquisitions by leading AI infrastructure and enterprise software companies.

The incoming Corporate M&A Associate or Counsel will work on the full spectrum of deal activity — including buy-side and sell-side M&A, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, and Series B through pre-IPO financings. You will draft and negotiate purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary transaction documents, and interface with clients, counterparties, and investment bankers throughout deal execution.
