Construction Superintendent

Our client is a top-20 regional general contractor headquartered in Phoenix with an active portfolio spanning tilt-up industrial, Class A office, retail centers, and municipal projects ranging from $10M to $80M. The firm has delivered over $500M in commercial construction across Arizona and Nevada over the past decade and is on pace for its strongest year yet.

As Construction Superintendent you will own the field from mobilization through punch list and certificate of occupancy. You will manage all subcontractors, enforce the project schedule using 3-week lookahead and pull planning methodologies, conduct daily safety inspections in compliance with OSHA standards, and serve as the primary owner-facing field representative on all quality and schedule matters.
