CNC Programmer / Lead Machinist

Our client is an AS9100- and ISO 13485-certified precision job shop near Cincinnati specializing in complex, low-volume aerospace structures and implantable medical device components. Renowned for machining exotic alloys including Inconel, titanium, and cobalt chrome, the shop operates a modern cell of 5-axis DMG Mori and Hermle machining centers alongside Citizen and Star Swiss-type lathes.

As CNC Programmer / Lead Machinist you will be responsible for developing and optimizing NC programs using Mastercam and/or Siemens NX CAM, leading machine setup and first-article inspection, and mentoring a small team of operators. You will work closely with quality engineers to ensure FAIR and ballooned drawing requirements are met and will participate in DFM discussions with customers during the quoting process.
