Audit Manager
Our client is a fast-growing regional CPA firm with a strong presence in Texas and the Southwest. Their Dallas assurance practice has seen double-digit revenue growth for three consecutive years, driven by increased PE sponsor activity and a surge in demand for quality audit services among pre-IPO companies.
As Audit Manager you will lead fieldwork and oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and GAAS. You will manage engagement budgets, timelines, and staffing, serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, and actively contribute to proposals and business development efforts.
The firm has made significant investments in audit technology, including AI-assisted data analytics tools, and values managers who embrace innovation in the delivery of assurance services.
Requirements
- CPA required
- 6+ years of external audit experience in public accounting
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP; experience with ASC 842, ASC 606, and consolidations preferred
- Experience auditing clients in real estate, financial services, or energy a plus
- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously during busy season
